Welcome to Katie Barber

Welcome to Katie Barber who has joined the team as Aimhigher Project Coordinator.

New Aimhigher Officer for North Norfolk Area

Aimhigher Norfolk welcomes Lauren Hedges to the team from January 2009. Lauren will be looking after schools and colleges in the North of the county.

About Us

Aimhigher is a government-funded programme which aims to help more people into higher education (HE). Aimhigher works mainly with young people in education, by providing a range of activities and events to give them an experience of HE and show them the benefits that HE can provide for their futures.  Aimhigher seeks to encourage more people to consider entering HE from backgrounds where there is no experience of HE and where they may benefit from support in understanding what HE has to offer.

Aimhigher Norfolk works principally with high schools in Norfolk, in areas where participation in HE is low. We offer our Aimhigher schools an HE progression framework of activities to inspire young people and make them aware of opportunities available to them at 16 and beyond.

This website is just one part of the Aimhigher programme and provides a signpost to information about HE and also information on our activities.
